SODELOR is a construction company specialized in residential buildings, tertiary and singular with a robust establishment in a great part of the national peninsular territory.

The structure in which SODELOR is measured makes us great competitors in large scale projects though it’s not our objective to grow at a rate that we would lose the proximity to our clients and construction teams as well as the special care that goes along with it. The core of our ways are Safety on site and Quality of execution.

Jose Alcazar, founding associate of SODELOR, manages the Supervision Department of Projects and day by day transmits solutions to our teams in order to achieve these objectives and prime criteria.

A meticulous study of different Projects allows us to provide fundamental, economical and technical plans that manifest into the fulfillment of our Deadlines and Prices.

In the words of SODELOR’s President, it is a great honor for me to share my thoughts in this short statement about the history and the development of our activities. SODELOR’s journey commenced in 1995 at the hands of the four shareholders that currently make up the company, on the basis of a serious and committed long-term project.

This mission has been possible thanks to the values & principles that we’ve applied to management and company growth as well as our relationship with our employees, suppliers and customers.
Our main activity is based on the construction of residencies which we’re developing in the national field but we also execute tertiary and civil work.
SODELOR has always characterized itself by the permanent adaptation to the evolving construction sector, from a regulatory & technical perspective, always focused on the necessities of our clients.

We’re aware of the fact that success relies on group effort and we count on a team of professionals that are committed to the SODELOR project. A project in which we’ll continue on the path laid out upon the founding of this company, adapting to change without varying the principles which we based this company on, out of a deep commitment to responsibility.

DEPARTMENT OF STUDIES

 

The Department of Studies develops an exhaustive technical and economical analysis that allows us to get to know each project analyzed in great depth as well as those that support SODELOR’S compromise to Price and Deadline of its projects.

Our knowledge of the current Market and updates with information on all of our projects result in the validity and objectivity of our estimates.

The constant training our team receives keeps us on the forefront as far as constructive procedures and materials which, in turn, permits us to suggest optimum alternatives to

our clients.

DEPARTMENT
SECURITY AND HEALTH

A safe and secure work environment is top priority at SODELOR.
We equip our job sites with all the resources necessary in order for the level of risk
prevention requirements to be at its maximum. In this aspect, we take the time to make sure that our personnel and suppliers are constantly receiving safety and prevention training.

Each zones Safety Department continuously audits every job site offering those in charge precise training and advice for each particular phase of the construction project.

We emphasize the need for permanent cleaning and order on site as an indicator of quality and as an exponent of the high demand we have in ensuring the well-being of our workers.


DEPARTMENT OF

CONSTRUCTION

Construction Management manages the company’s productive structure to the beat of
its axles: efficiency, reliability, and proximity.

Efficiency: Our on site teams have the support of the rest of the Departments in order to affirm their energy and talent in carrying out construction. We integrate our providers and establish clear, stable, loyal and favorable plans.

Proximity: We care about our clients and their projects. Each project is unique and meeting all of the requirements of our agreement is our priority.

Reliability: Price and Deadline are fixed factors that must be fulfilled. We do not allow for errors by means of planning or resources; especially in Health and Safety. We maximize care in after-sales of our buildings alongside our clients and the eventual users with intelligence, seriousness and professional attitude.


DEPARTMENT

OF QUALITY AND OVERVIEW OF WORKS

Our Quality Control Department supervises our projects with the objective of achieving
total efficiency and perfection.

The systematic visits and audits on site aim to prevent any errors and implement excellency based off of self demand.

We attain rigor and control using proximity and education and thanks to modern systematic technologies we can rapidly communicate conclusions which allows us to be on the forefront.

Our method brings us closer to the ideal of Total Quality and so is recognized by the seals obtained and maintained year after year and by the fidelity of our clients.

The high level of training & knowledge of our teams allows us to construct buildings that fulfill the requirements of Breeam & Leed in order to attain the certificate of sustainability.

AFTER-SALE
DEPARTAMENT

We bet on decisive management, a quick yet rigorous process that carries out professional and orderly conduct with direct relations with our clients in which reasonable and satisfactory attention is our priority.

We use a protocol elaborated based upon the experience of building thousands of homes all delivered in the last quarter century; with a 24 hour customer service line, personalized advice and visiting program adapted to the needs of the eventual users.
Our organization and control procedures are supported by the tools of latest
technologies.

PURCHASING DEPARTMENT DASTO.
WORKS SUPPORT DEPARTMENT

In SODELOR we try to make the work of our site managers as easy as possible, so that they can be delivered to the construction work with the highest quality, within the deadline and committed price.

The Purchasing Department is at the service of the construction manager when requested. In the start-up of work, the implementation and establishment and hiring of the first units, a super specialized purchasing team, is placed at the service of the heads of work to ensure that the start of the work is bright do not suffer delays , without lost times, which then are difficult to recover.

We aim to have a solid relationship of loyalty with our suppliers. That’s why we try to hire the best companies, in which the best professionals are.

INSTALLATION
DEPARTMENT

The supervision of the execution of facilities in buildings that we build, the advice to the heads of work and our clients, the control and optimization in the terms of execution and their compatibility with the other trades, are the priorities of the Facilities Department of Sodelor.

From this department depends a team that brings together and centralizes the local installers looking for the best options to obtain a first level service. From the management of the provisional connections to the delivery of the final documents, this process is supervised by a very competent and professional team.

SYSTEMS
DEPARTMENT

In Sodelor we bet on new technologies, and that is why we have implemented a Management and Control System, which is at the service of the Site Managers so that they have very clear and easily accessible information that allows them to know at any time the status of his work.

The information process allows to have a control chart that facilitates the decision making, allowing the fulfillment of the partial tasks in the foreseen times.

The Systems Department assists the project manager in the interpretation of data, and alarm signals, and advises the latter in making decisions in anticipation and thus avoiding setbacks.
